1. She is born in Franklin co Arkansas, "roughly" in the same part of the country as was William J. Ethington (Montgomery Alabama).
2. The Watters family of Montgomery Alabama intermarries with the William J. Ethington family in Montgomery.
There is no other proof at this date that this relationship exists. Need more research.
