In Dan P. Bolin's draft registration, given in June 1917, he states that he has a wife and two children under 12 years of age. At that time, June 1917, his (1920) wife Nannie would have been 20 years old, and the likely mother of the two children noted. However, we see that in this 1920 census, the couple has only one child present, a baby just 6 months old. Must conclude that the couple has two older children, perhaps "farmed out" to other family while daughter Viola is a babe in arms.
