Information from Marriage License, Genesee Co Clerk's office, Flint MI October 1998 from Norman Gary:

 Ethington, Roy--born 22 Oct 1904, Independence MO.  Father George Ethington; morhter Emma Harmon Ethington; married Catherine Peterson, age 24, aJanuary 20, 1934 in Oak Park ME church, Flint, MI (father Thomas Peterson; mother Rose Heller, both of Chicago).

Place of burial: Gracelawn Cemetery, Flint MI March 17, 1959.  Died 13 Mar 1959 Chicago, where he resided for the last 12 years of his life, having moved there from Flint.  Sometime after the move to Chicago, he and Catherine were divorced.

 Ethington, Roy Ethington, 253 N Halstead Chicago Illinois age 54 died Friday March 13 1959 in Chicago Illinois.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday March 17 1969 from Groves and Co Memorial Chapel Garland Ave Third Ave REv Robert C. Cross officiating.  Burial in Gracelawn Cemetery.

 Mr. Ethington will lie in state at the Grove and Co Memorial Chapel.

 Death was due of complications.  He was born in Indepencence Missouri October 22, 1904.  He was the son of George and Emma Ethington.  He lived in Chicago Illinois for the last 12 years moving there from Flint Michigan.

 Surviving are daughters Joan Ethington of Chicago Illinois, son Roy Ethington Jr. of Chicago Illinois, 2 sisters Mrs Rose Fauss of Flint and Mrs Betty Quinn of Flint.  Two brothers Elmer Ethington of Kansas City Missouri, and Troy Ethington of Flint.  Several nieces and nephews.

Rose Ellen ETHINGTON

Letter from Don Ethington to HE dated 15 Oct 1990:
 "Rose is still living in Davison MI.  Married name is Fodera.  We know she is older than the twins, but do not know her birthdate.  She has no children."

 Fodera, Rose E.  Age 88 died August 13, 1991 at St. Joseph Hospital.  Funeral services will be held Friday Aug 16, 1991 at Brown Funeral Home 1616 Dawson Rd. Rev Harold K. Polk officiating. Visitation from 6-9 Wed and 12 - 2 and 6-8 THursday.

 Mrs. Fodera was born in Independence MIssouri Decmeber 25, 1902 and resided in the Flint area most of her life.

 Surviving are her husband James Fodera of Dawson, niece,  Sandra Bunker of Dawson, nephew DAvid Curtis of Dawson, Jeff Bunker of Chomary other neices and nephews.  

 Preceeded in death by a husband Anthony Fauss.

 Mrs. Curtis was born in Independence Missouri September 19, 1922 and lived in Davison for 10 years.  She was employed by Short Horn Restaurant for 15 years.  Surviving are daughter Sandra Bunker of Davison, son David Curtis of Davison, Grandson Jeff Bunker of Davison, mother Betty Quinn of Davison, Aunt and Uncle Rose and James Fodera.
