Gus SIMPSON (twin)

Index to discharge Records, Fayette Co. Courthouse, Tx, honorable discharge, he was a wagoner, Co H, 17th Ammunition Train, US Army. He was born in La Grange, Tx, enlisted when 30 11/12 of age, occ: Laborer,
gray eyes, brown hair, dark complexion. 5'9" tall. 14 Nov 1919.

SS Death Index for birthdate and death. SS#457-26-9983, I think this is
the right person.

Pearl said he married. Son named G.W. Simpson. Had a daughter was Midora, retarded, in special school. Pearl thinks. Gus and wife separated
when G.W. was little, lived with pearl for awhile.

Per Hulda Keilberg Hayter, Gus Simpson had two children (G.W. and Madora), and lived in Vernon Texas.

"Brother Gus Simpson [born] Sept 21, 1886.  Twins [to Rudolph Simpson]."

Transferred to Provo Temple from Bountiful Temple.  Dec 1997.

Barbabus PERKINS

Marriage date of 30 Apr 1825 by Phyllis Hedges in Ancestry World Tree cannot be correct.  Too early.
May be correct.  Birth dates for each are give by Paul Lefevor as 1798.  Will use 30 Apr 1825.

Paul H. Lefevbor shows marriage to Elizabeth Bright in about 1809.  This would preceed the marriage to Margaret Yount, if true.  Note that his age would be only 11 or 12 years old in 1809.  Need further information on this marraige.
