 Shirley is a descendant of a Nettie Webb, of OWENSVILLE KY, and has found this reference to our Nettie.  She would like to find out if it is the same person.

 Per Shirley, (her) Nettie Webb was born 28 May 1887 Bethel KY, married James Allen Snelling 25 Feb 1906.
