morning for Sue Ellen Ethington, stillborn infant daughter of Mr.
and Mrs.
Frank Ethington of Albany MO. The baby was stillborn at Albany Monday night.
Rev. Marcus Aurellus, pastor of the Salem Lutheran church, conducted the
graveside service.The baby is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ethington, former
residents of Creston; a sister, Brenda Ann, one year old; grandparents Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Ethington of Creston and Mr. and Mrs. Erlven Rakowsky of Madison,
Nebraska; great grandparents Mrs. Gertrude Taddicken and Mrs. May Ethington of
Creston and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Rakowsky of Norfolk Nebraska; and several aunts

"There is an error in reference to Lawrence Ethington's birth date. He was born 25 Aug 1892, not 1889. His birthplace according to his birth certificate is Pendleton Twsp, Jefferson Co, Illinois. He lost his birth certificate so he obtained a "Delayed Record of Birth" in 1953. I remember he had difficulty in obtaining it. He had to get affidavits from relatives for proof."
