Ethington. George F. Ethington, 516 Payne, age 79 died Sunday October 4 1942 at the home of son, Elmer Ethington. Funeral services will be held 10am Wednesday Oct 7, 1942, from Groves and Co funeral home, Rev Harold Warren officiating. Burial in Grace Lawn cemetery. Remains will be at Groves & Co Funeral Home. Death was caused by cerebral hemorrhage.He was born in Kansas, June 15 1863 and had lived in Flint for the last 15 years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Anthony Fauss, and MRs. James Quinn both of Flint. Three sons, Roy, Troy, and Elmer, all of Flint. Two brothers, John and David, sister Anna Horman, all of Kansas City; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
