The family organization is governed by a board of directors composed of three family members.  The three elected at the family reunion held in Flagstaff Arizona in August, 2008 were:

Melvyn C. Ethington of Flagstaff Arizona, VP

Steve Franklin Ethington of Somersville MO, VP

 

Patricia Ethington Beadle of Orem Utah will continue to act as Secrretary / Treasurer.

 

With the untimely death of Melvyn C. Ethington shortly after the Flagstaff reunion, Patricia Ethington Beadle will act as a director until a replacement is appointed or elected.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The family currently holds a computer database of over 18,000 family members.  The earliest known family member is one William Ethington who lived in Spotsylvania County Virginia in 1740.
